We are happy with the overall design-- however it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication was the biggest frustration-- he said he would be done in a month, it took over a year. He put in a playground area we didn't want-- resulting in a mosquito infested mudpit. We didn't know when his guys would come. I feel all our problems could have been prevented if we had put the design and price quotes on the table and discussed it throughout the project to be sure we were all on the same page. Our fence blew down twice in the first year-- we had to pay $500. more to have it reinforced to withstand the winds in our area-- even though it was "guaranteed". The grass was an uneven choppy patchwork-- we asked him to come back and fix problems several times-- which he did. Now that it is done-- we love it! It is a great gathering place for our family-- we love our pergola patio area with the firepit, the trampoline and grow boxes.
