Roots Landscaping, owner Carey Christenson, took my $5,934.00 as a down payment for part of my backyard landscaping concrete work. He couldn't and didn't complete the concrete project, but has kept all my money. He has refused to refund even a part of the downpayment. His follow-through is abysmal, and when I called him with my concerns, he ironically complained about getting complaints! I paid him on 12/22/21 to complete my 0.25-acre backyard, and he completed about 50% of it by the end of September 2021! His excuse was that he was "too busy" with his other "big projects." If I had it to do over again, I would avoid this landscaping company. Dishonest, irresponsible, forgetful, and slow.
