Interwest Concrete Lifting & Foundation Repair

Interwest is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. From taking several months on a quoted 2 week project, to destroying things around the property including power lines, water lines, brick walls, landscaping, driveways, walls, doors, camera equipment, etc., due to negligence, to charging nearly 50% more than their bid price, to not showing up to the job site for days at a time, to having employees sit around doing nothing for hours at a time when they do happen to show up, to lying directly to your face time and time again they failed by every single metric conceivable. Do not use this company if you value your time, money, sanity, or belongings.

I had 5 sections of the sidewalk to my house that needed to be lifted - They were able to lift 2 sections completely as well as support my front porch, but were unable to completely lift the other sections. The foam would not stay underneath - I have very hard, gravely soil. But I can't fault their work, they tried everything they knew and were persistent. The end result looks very good and the worst issues were fixed.

Scheduling was a little difficult. They had a good price and came recommended, but the crew was inexperienced (2 months) and cracked my walkway. I feel a more experienced crew could have done a much better job. I ended up removing what they "Fixed" and re-pouring a new walkway. The holes they filled after drilling are all bulging. I feel like I wasted my money.

They were great. Wonderful to work with. Quick to come out and give a quote and then quick to come and fix the issue. Would definitely use them again. Seemed appropriately priced also.

when the guy came out to give an estimate (on a tuesday), he explained everything they were going to do. he also told me what i needed to do to keep the pad from sinking again. he said they could come the next week. they called the next day and scheduled a time for thursday. i love getting things done sooner than expected! the guy that fixed it was super nice and got done quickly and cleaned everything up. it looked as good as new and was the price i was expecting from the estimate-no surprise charges. i was moving some furniture while he was there. he saw me sit it down in the garage and said he would help. i would have taken him up on it, but i was already done. it's so nice when you meet someone willing to do more than they have to. i'm glad there are still good people in this world!

I was more than thrilled with the work done. My husband and I found this leak on a lark and Interwest responded to our email within hours. Troy was at our home for an estimate a couple of days later and Steve was at our house within days after that. They worked with our very odd schedule to get the work done for significantly less than we had dreaded.
Steve arrived a couple of minutes early (is this even heard of in the service industry?) and was efficient, courteous, and endured my endless questions. He left the workspace in perfect condition and I am left relieved and happy.
Thanks to Troy, Steve, and the Team for making this stressful condition one we didn't have to worry about.

They had a good deal. What they did broke the driveway and it has more cracks now so I am kind of sad about that but it does look leveled now. They pushed it up and the car is not going to get stuck now or you are not going to trip and it looks better. They were slightly lower than average prices. They gave me an estimate which was nice and it was a little below what they actually charged. The service that they have is good. They use a special concrete lifting substance and they claim it is little different from others. It seems to work great and I haven't had any settling since they serviced it, so it holds very nicely. They were not the best, mostly because of the cracks and they didn't work with me on breaking the concrete while trying to lift it in terms of reducing the cost or anything.

They coordinated the project ahead of time with us because we needed to close on the house we were purchasing before they could perform the work. The crew of two arrived promptly at 8 AM and were done with the job by about 9 AM. We were concerned about the compound used in that it had rained pretty much the entire day before and it was still raining when they arrived. We were told that if there were any problems, they cover their work with a one-year warranty and to not hesitate to call if we thought there could be an problem. The only issue we had was that we thought the price was a bit high considering the scope of the project and the brief amount of time it took to complete the project - a little more than an hour.

After an absolutely awful experience with another concrete company on Angie's List I was trepidatious about having the work done at all, thinking perhaps our job was too difficult to be handled. Thanks to Interwest Concrete my fears were a nonissue. They came out to the house and gave us a quote and were back the following week to do the work. The job went smoothly and they cleaned up very well when they were done. That was a major plus for me considering this concrete work was done in my living room. We have since installed hardwood floors in the area and are very satisfied customers.

Interwest Concrete did a great job and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. When we described our project, they gave us very helpful suggestions very politely. They called in advance to schedule when they would arrive, arrived on time, and performed all work on time and on budget.

Just finished, so time will tell. But, working with them has been good. Like any structural work, you really don't know what you have until you open it up, so the change order increasing the cost was legitimate. I would recommend them no problem.

They were excellent, they were reliable and they did what they said what they were going to do, it worked out well.
