Doug Smith Autoplex

I've had no problems with their service, they have been servicing my car ever since I bought it and they have been great, the last time I brought it for service they were very thorough and told me that there was something wrong and they just went and fixed and it has been running very well since.

I brought a couple of cars from them. It was so cheap. I would go back, I think that they are good. I brought about 4 or 5 cars from them. I go back there for service and my oil change. It took about 30 minutes. I knew exaclty what car I wanted. I just walked right in and signed the paperwork.

I take it back to the dealership because it is under warranty. It has all been good. I bought my car from another dealership that they took over and they have honored my car warranty.

They are very courteous and seem to do a good job. Their prices are fair.

We bought a one-year-old used Dodge Minivan a year ago from Doug Smith Autoplex. They have Subaru, Chrysler, Jeeps, and Dodge and we bought a Dodge. They are a dealership and also sell used cars. They last did a safety and emission inspection. The car is new enough so there wasn't anything wrong with it. I would recommend them. They were just very professional. They were very nice. They give me a free car wash and vacuum whenever they do any kind of service in the car, which is nice. They even offer a preventive care service as well. So if they replaced two seat belts. They had to remove the seats completely in order to do that. They gave me a free rental car for the whole day because we live half an hour away. They offer free shuttle service as well but being as far away as I was, trying to get back to them was a problem. They made me an appointment and set me up with a free rental car while they performed the service. It was an under warranty service so it didn't cost me anything. It was really, really nice. There was not limit to the mileage I put on the rental car and I got to keep it all day. I dropped the car off at nine in the morning after I dropped the kids to school. My car was ready and waiting for me. The only thing they asked was for if I paid for any gas that I used. They gave me a Subaru Outback for the day, which was really nice. It was fun. The price for the safety and emission test at their competition was cheaper and so they wanted to match their price. The regular price for the test in Utah is $45, they charged me only $25. That was really nice. They are definitely my car service place for my van in the future.
