 + -1 moreFrom day one we had a difficult time getting in touch with him directly and had a miscommunication from the start between us, him and his assistant regarding the type of home we were interested in. Dave or his assistant would send us a list of homes to look at, but on a couple of occasions we weren't able to get a hold of him until after an offer had been made on the home (it was a crazy real estate market). Dave is an incredibly nice person and we always enjoyed going out to look at homes with him. He seemed to be knowledgeable regarding the community, home prices in the area and has many years of experience. Dave took care of the paperwork end of things and working with the sellers, but once we had found the home it felt like any questions or needs were a very low priority. After we signed the papers, we thought he was going to come do a walk through with us, but we never heard from him again. Overall, great on the business end of things, super nice, but something was missing.
Description of Work: We selected Dave after a good referral from an acquaintance, but had a less than ideal experience with him. We have worked with only one Realtor before, but this was a much different experience. We ended up finding our own home (a For Sale by Owner) and Dave worked with the sellers to close out the deal. He negotiated some extras with the owners, threw in a free home inspection and pushed the paperwork through expediently.
