They were very prompt. They came out atleast a day after I requested the service. They always answered their phone, which was great. If I found bugs after they were gone they would come out and do a free removal or take care of the problem shortly after I reported the issue, for free. I have been happy with what they have done. I haven’t had any major pest problems or anything like that. Price; they weren’t so expensive compared to the door to door sales man who comes around. Quality was fine. Punctuality; they absolutely came on time. Professionalism; it’s good to know your customers on a personal basis and they totally knew my sister, they chatted with me and asked how were her twins doing. I would use their services again in the future.

Accurate Pest Control is operated by a husband and wife team. The wife answered my call and gave me a price over the phone and answered all of my questions. The husband showed up the very next day to spray. He was on time and efficient. He was careful and clean. The spray was odorless and safe for my pets to be around. It did not leave a white residue on my floors when it dried. I was very happy with my first service. I didn't see a bug for months. I've used them several times since and always have a great experience.

One of the things that I like about this company is that I didn't have to sign for a long term commitment. This company included wasp control while other companies charge extra for that.
