It was fantastic! A-1 Septic is excellent to work with. I appreciate their communication, speedy service, and attention to detail. As a landlord of a large commercial site, I need to be able to readily reach my vendors when emergencies come up. A-1 is my best vendor for timely returning my calls, providing accurate information to when they can service my tank, and work hard to get my tank handled quickly. I highly recommend them and use them exclusively for my septic tank.

From start to finish A-1 was professional, supportive, and thorough. They not only took care of cleaning the old septic tank, but helped with disposal/ backfill and contacted county health department to report completion for us.

They were the only ones who would come out on the same day. They were also the cheapest company out there. Very nice guys who work very hard.
