Eight months after I purchased this house, the tile started cracking and have been cracking for the last 3 1/2 years. I now have approximately 100 broken and cracked tile throughout the house. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the laundry room, front entry and hallways all have broken tile. Lee recently told me that things just happen and it is not his fault, even though he is the one who installed the tile in the first place. The tile companies and Engineers I have spoken with have told me that all the tile need to be torn out, removed completely and a membrane needs to be installed below before new tile can be installed but Lee Knight is not willing to do it the right way, so I'm going to have to have all tile removed and reinstalled myself. In the end, at least one of his workers ended up cutting some corners to get the tile job done faster but did not do quality work.
