The tech arrived as agreed, was very respectful, as well as knowledgeable about networks/wiring. Within 30 minutes of troubleshooting, he had diagnosed and repaired the issue. Overall it was a quick and easy job and made me comfortable with my decision to use his company.

Wylie Computers has maintained the computers and network in my busy CPA office for the past 2 1/2 years. Steve Boyer, owner and lead technician, is a magician with computers. His service is more inexpensive than the firm I was using before, and he has made some very cost effective recommendations. In October 2011 he upgraded my network to a 1 Ghz router after my staff complained that some files opened too slowly. Problem solved. In November 2011 he installed dual monitors on all my work stations. Staff productivity improved. These services were performed over the weekend so as not to disrupt the office routine. His carry-in service is a bargain as well, so I can easily afford to take my home computers in for a check-up, virus removal and cleaning. The sites visited by my teenagers tend to slow down the home computers, so they need periodic tune-ups. If your computers run slower than when they were new, you need to let Wylie Computer clean them up!
