He left the state, and All State could not find him. Our fire was in August of 2011, and he bailed in 2012, the house wasn't complete until June 2013. They lawsuit was filed, and went through mediation, and went through in December of 2013. I am still paying for the repairs. I paid $19000, and they said that they paid him in full, and why would they pay him in full, at the beginning of the job. I tried to find new home owners insurance, but they said that because I had a claim, I had to wait 3 years before I could change. They took the money, didn't perform as per contract, they had me paying for the utility, and when they were being sued, the attorney said they couldn't locate him, so apparently he has left the state.

They did wonderful. This was my first experience with a contractor. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had because I really didn't know what the process was. They were very patient with me. They got back with me very promptly. I was very happy with the whole experience.
