This is our second experience with this company and our second experience with the problem they fixed (different light fixture though). As before, they were first rate all around. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly use them again.

We are new owners of a home that came with a homeowners warranty. We had some fluorescent fixtures in the garage that stopped working and our warranty provider selected and sent Willaby Electric to service our problem. Warranty service is not usually a pleasant experience so I didn't know what to expect, especially since we could not select the electrician ourselves. The electrician arrived promptly and worked quickly and neatly. He worked out the repairs with our warranty provider and explained all work that was to be done. He returned promptly when scheduled and completed the repairs without delay. Though he was pleasant and conversational, he did not waste his own time (or ours) with chattiness or slowness - very much appreciated. We will definitely contact this company again and will encourage our warranty provider to do the same.
