Waterman's Plumbing

I expected washers to be replaced in both inside and outside valves. This was done in the bathroom, although the plumber had to go to Home Depot to get the washers for bathroom...and he left the faucet handle set askew when in the off position. As for the hose bib, he replaced the bib rather than replacing the washers. This was a surprise to me, but by the time I realized what he was doing he had chipped out the mortar around the hose bib. We have used Waterman Plumbing several times in the past, won't be using them again.

am so impressed with Waterman's; we had a leaking water heater in our attic, and they scheduled us for a visit the next day. Brendan showed up when he said he would, and even called with 5 minutes notice as I asked so I could make sure the dogs were put away. He was exceptionally polite, and really thorough. He took time to show me exactly what the issue was, where it was occurring, and what all of my options were. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, and listened to my questions and answered them honestly. Javier joined him to help replace the water heater, and he was also wonderfully patient and polite with me. Could not be happier with my experience with everyone at Waterman's.

Work was done well. A slight problem after installation but Mike came back right away and fixed it.

It has been great every time. They did really good work. If you got a problem or something that needed to be fixed, they do the work. They're about in the middle. They are not really expensive and they are not really cheap but that's okay. He does a good job. They were right here when they said they were going to be.

I needed a new plumber after my last plumber moved to Dallas and was unwilling to come to McKinney where I live. So I looked on Angie's list and found Waterman's plumbing in Wylie. This was the second time I used Waterman's plumbing. He fixed the outside faucet very easily: just a matter of tightening something up. I had a  total bathroom redo 2 years ago. The shower handle was getting increasingly hard to turn on. He took it apart, cleaned up the cartridge, and reinstalled everything. It works fine now. Originally he thought I might need a new cartridge but since it works so well now he said no point in replacing it at this time. So now I know what's wrong if I have problems again and I will definitely call Waterman's plumbing again: he was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.

Everything went great.  Prompt, same-day service and they worked with my schedule.  They fixed the issue in all of 15 minutes and charged a reasonable rate.  Very happy and will do business again.

With regard to price, the first one was $162 and the second one was $91.50. They are on Angie's List, but I didn’t find out about them through Angie's List. My parents used them. Then I got on Angie's List to see if they were on there and had any reviews. I didn’t search for plumbing on there and find them that way. I knew about them beforehand.

I called for a quote, and they came out to take a look at the space, which was in a closet upstairs. They were able to provide me with multiple quotes for multiple heaters I had seen online (AO Smith website). Prices were broken down upon questioning and I could tell that the heater I wanted cost xxx amount and the rest was labor, which was a very fair labor rate (no upcharge for being upstairs).
We scheduled a day for the install, and they showed up and were out of there within 1.5 hours. Job was well done, solder joints clean, they verified the clearance into the attic was clear and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and very thorough. They did a great job and I have a great, high-efficiency water heater.
Note: They sell more affordable water heaters as well, I just chose one that ran the price a few hundred higher.

I emailed them about the problems at about 1 PM. Mike called and said that someone would be there by 2:30 PM. The plumber arrived at 2:00 PM. He was well behaved and professional. The first two problem were fixed, however for the third, he recommended to replace the faucet set. Total time taken was one hour and thirty minutes, which I think was rather quick. I was charged $127.50 for hour and half @ $89.00 per hour, $49.00 for service charge and $19.00 for the part (Twist and close bathtub Drain) which again was very reasonable, probably slightly lower than market price. I am satisfied with the job done.

Awesome job! Mike came out the same day I called and fixed our outside faucet that was leaking.

Contacted Mike via email early yesterday evening and explained the problem. He replied back that evening setting up the time to come out today. They showed up on time. Did a great job of working around the landscaping to avoid damage. Identified the problem and went to work. In no time the problem was corrected and after a great job of cleaning up they left me with a very reasonable bill. I would recommend Waterman's plumbing to anyone.

It was very nice to reach a plumbing service who even over an email exchange knew what I was wanting done and offered a fair and reasonable price. SO many places say they can not even estimate without coming on site and that there is a charge for that unless of course you use them. Not here, it was simply, oh yes you want this right? I can do it for that much? If your interested how does tomorrow sound?
What more could you ask for?
