"We are concerned that the member was dissatisfied with her experience. Our Groupon sale far exceeded our expectations. We expected 400-500 and sold over 2200. That said, we are still scheduling and performing services for our Groupon holders. As with any promotion, there are limits and guidlines to what can be done. The deep clean package was for 2 maids for 2 hours which sold for $49. Each home is unique and the time required to perform a full deep clean is dertermined by the size and condition. The member's home could not be completed in the time alloted, and she chose not to have any additional time added to her cleaning appointment. Trinity Maids guarantees our work and if there were quality concerns they would have been addressed at the time. The member contact the office about her concerns, nor did she request a refund. Trinity Maids currently services over 300 clients and is able to offer excelent refrences."
