EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HONEST. CHARGES WERE VERY, VERY, REASONABLE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT A PLUMBER WOULD NOT OVER CHARGE FOR HIS TIME AND SERVICE CALL! I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SOMEONE OF HIS CHARACTER STILL EXISTED! BOB IS THE ONLY PLUMBER I WILL EVER CALL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD A FULL COMPLEMENT OF TOOLS. WORKED FAST AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. HE REALLY CARED ABOUT DOING A QUALITY JOB AND NOT CUTTING CORNERS.
