+ 1 moreRon was recommended to us by friends as soon as the incident happened. Instead of hiring a general contractor in the beginning we hired an electrician with disastrous results. It looked like we would not be able to move back into our house with the damage the electrician did. Ron took over, assessed what needed to be done in all areas and began working with insurance adjuster. Ron and his crew are dependable, hard working, ALWAYS do what they say, and are very professional in all ways. They are a pleasure to be around and are always considerate of the homeowner. Ron runs a very tight and strict ship and it shows. Ron and his crew could have been finished exceedingly fast if it had not been for the insurance and Mortgage Company?s reluctance to release funds. The funds could not keep up with Ron Rose Construction's speed and diligence. As long as they are in business, they will take care of any household repair or remodel problems we have.
Description of Work: Our house was hit by lighting in August, 2012. The house had to be completely rewired, very extensive sheet rock repair and paint, new floor throughout, deck and fence repaired, plumbing issues and other lesser repairs. Ron Rose worked directly with the insurance adjuster and Mortgage Company to secure the funds for the repairs. Without his expertise this would not have been possible for a typical homeowner to do. As the general contractor his crew and able assistant addressed every problem professionally and with extensive knowledge. Our life became much, much easier after the problem of repairing the extensive damage was turned over to Ron.
