 + -1 moreThey charged me 500 dollars for an inverter. I brought it home and it did not work, so I returned it. Since February, they have given me the RUN around. They say "it isn't guaranteed, but we will try to get it up and running." They do NOT return phone calls and when I do talk to someone, it is the same story, we are trying to work on it..... Today they said they need 30 more days. If it cannot be repaired, tell me, do not give me the run around or take the 500.00. They are the worst example of customer service I have ever witnessed. I understand monitors are a challenge..... the least they could do is either repair it or tell me it is caput and return my money. The part about not responding is absolutely inacceptable.
Description of Work: A dell TV/Monitor was taken to them for repair 2/2009. I was able to pick it up in April. It did not work when I brought it home, so I returned it. As of July 7, I do not have it.
