Pyramid Roofing

The adjuster I worked with- Chad - was very attentive and responded when I called and sent texts. He worked directly with my insurance company so I really didn't have to get involved very much. That took a lot of work and stress off of me. Chad also coordinated getting someone to replace the damaged gutters and a painter. Pyramid does the roofing of new homes built by Dietrichson Fine Homes, a D magazine top rated builder. This builder is very particular about who he uses to work on the homes he builds. My house was built by Richard Dietrichson 3 years ago, so I automatically called Pyramid roofing as they installed the original roof. Many of my neighbors used Pyramid also and so the work ended up being done all together. It did take awhile to get the work completed, but this is because there were so many different insurance agencies that Chad had to work with and get additional money from. Our community has very steep pitched roofs and few roofers want to do the work. So when a subcontractor was found to do the roofs in my community - they charged a lot more than the insurance companies had originally written checks for. Chad went back to the insurance companies to get the additional money that needed to be paid. Chad was also, as I said before, easy to get in contact with. My daughter's skylight broke in the last storm and I called Chad's cellphone late at night, which he answered. He also had my number programmed into his phone so he knew when I called who I was. He got someone out by 5:00 the next morning to cover the hole with wood so that the inside of the house would not have further damage from the rain. I recommend Pyramid Roofing with no hesitation.

Given that all roofers were very busy, we are happy with the result. Great roof installed by a good crew. Follow up work (skylights, trim, stacks, turbines) was all done timely, though later, as well. Polite staff, easy to work with.

As a single older woman, you worry about someone cheating you. That was definitely not the case here. They were prompt, courteous , and very professional. There were no added expenses, old roofing was removed and lawn cleaned,  and they had the work done in a day. Would definitely use them again,should I need their services.

They are a good company who is still around the DFW area and recently repaired part of my roof

We asked him to do work on three roofs and he did a good work on all of them.  He is very good.  I didn't even have to be at home when he was doing the work.  He started off once I got the bid.  He did all the insurance work with the homeowners insurance.  Once he did all the work, I didn't have to be on-site.  My mom's roof cost a little less compared to my sister's and me.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE CREW OF 4 MEN DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT THEY CLEANED OUR YARD GOOD WHEN THE JOB WAS OVER.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY COMPLETED MY NEW ROOF IN THREE DAYS. THEY HAD A LARGE WORK CREW. THEY DID QUALITY WORK, BUT WERE A LITTLE MESSY. THEY LEFT A LOT OF TRASH AROUND EVERY DAY.

THEY FINISHED IN A DAY. JAVIER, THE LEADER OF THE GROUP WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. AFTER FINISHING THEIR JOB, THEY LEFT MY PLACE VERY CLEAN.
