All repairs went great no problems. The guy that found the leak is good at pin pointing the exact location.

Contacted Larry at 9:30am. He committed to being there between 2-4pm. Arrived a little late, but no major issue. Lenny and Randall made quick work of the job. Water was back before the sunset. Friendly folks and excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I woke up one morning, jumped in the shower, and it was lukewarm. I assumed that my husband had somehow used all the hot water that morning until I got home that night from work and found the water was cold out of the hot water taps. We've been between plumbers for a while, so I pulled some names off Angies List after checking the cost of replacement through the local Home Depot and Lowes (they both wanted well over $1000 for replacement. I called Overall, left a message, and they called the next morning and agreed to come out that day. The plumber arrived on time, checked out the old heater (which was about 10 years old), and told me that a new thermocouple might fix it. He replaced the part, and the heater began working -- $150 trip charge. About 4 hours later, I turned on the tap in the kitchen, and the water was lukewarm again.  I called -- of course it was right after 5 pm and their office was closed. I left a fairly pitiful message on their voicemail, and one of the plumbers actually called me back that evening. They told me that if thermocouple wasn't the issue, I'd probably need a new water heater. I whined a bit (two days of cold showers will do that to you) and they agreed to bring a new water heater out the next morning. Plumber showed up as promised, wrestled the old heater out, installed the new one, and was out in a couple of hours.  They gave me credit for the first trip since it didn't fix the problem.

I called them again about 2 weeks later because the sink drain wasn't draining well. They sent someone out in short order, snaked the drain from the roof, and it's worked great since.  They seem like a competent and reliable group -- they are not cheap, but decent workmanship and reliability cost money. I'll take competence and fair value over cheap any day.

One final note, when we were discussing the water heater replacement, I asked about replacement with a tankless water heater. The plumber explained to me that while the concept is attractive, it wouldn't be the best option for our house -- I don't mean he voiced his opinion, I mean he explained it to me, for about 5-10 minutes, in enough detail that I feel certain that he saved us quite a bit of money and trouble. I also talked to him about replacing some drain pipes, and he convinced me that it would be an unnecessary expenditure. So, they could have made substantially more business and money from their three trips out so far but chose to give me good advice instead. I appreciate that.

The water heater Pilot light went out. We had received a national recall replacement part from Whirlpool for our water heater. Called Overall and they were able to come within hours.  They installed the replacement kit but had some difficulty with a burner component and left it off (best judgment at the time).  Later I did research with Whirlpool and found that the component was indeed needed to reduce NOX gas emissions. So Whirlpool sent a new burner assembly which arrived a week later. I was expecting Overall to charge me a second time for the installation of the new burner assembly but they felt it was their mistake and so they installed it without charge.  I am pretty happy with their dedication and commitment to ethical customer care. By the way, trust the manufacturer when they say that the water heater should be drained. Whirlpool even offered instructions on how to use a vinegar  flush to help reduce the mineral deposits. Because of the hard water in Garland and surrounding area, the water heater should be drained and flushed every six months according to the manufacturer to prolong its life.   If your servicing technician tells you otherwise,  you should look for a second opinion from an authoritative source.

Overall plumbing was prompt in responding to my initial e-mail request.  They followed up with an appointment to provide the estimate.  They were prompt and on time for the initial appointment and for all subsequent appointments.  They had a subcontractor dig the ditch for the new drain line.  When I saw all the piles of dirt, I was concerned but when the job was finished the subcontractor had done such a great job of re-filling the ditch that I was very pleased with the end result on my yard.  When spring returns this year, I am sure my St Augustine grass will re-cover the narrow bare patches and since there is no "hump" it will look fine.
Regarding the water lines and plumbing vent, they were careful to put nail guards over the lines and pipes so that when I enclose the laundry area and drywall I won't risk damaging any of the plumbing work.
The process from start to finish was three days.  This involved the time for the city to perform the inspection before the drain line was back filled.  They left the work site completely cleaned up.  They were mindful of my pets, my time, and my home.
As a result of their work, I can now park both my cars in my garage.
I am very pleased with the company and will use them again in the future.

After the purchase of a  home, we discovered we had some massive problems with our gas and plumbing lines.
Scott and friends at Overall Plumbing tracked down each issue and worked it until it was right & safe for our family.
The work was above and beyond during the hottest part of a Texas summer. Communication and scheduling remained stellar thru the entire process even during nights, weekends and emergency situations. They helped us make the best of a difficult situation.

They did a great job and I completely trusted them in my home.  We had to leave for the day while they worked and when we got home everything was completed.  We have 8 gallons per minute of unlimited hot water.  Best shower I have had in years.  Thank you so much Overall Plumbing.

They charged me about $152 for the last service. My overall experience with them was very good. I felt like the plumber did a really good job. He explained to me what needed to be done and what the problem was. Then he left to get a part. He was a really nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him.

I called yesterday to ask about getting all these plumbing done.  I asked for a ball park price and was quoted $800-1000.. Lenny and John came this morning. Laurie called to let me know they were on their way.  I had been given a time between 10-12 and they arrived a few minutes before 10.  Lenny and John are great. They were professional and I had full confidence that they would do quality work.  They had a great attitude and it was a pleasure having them in the house.  They explained things and offered suggestions.  When they were starting to work under the sink, I told them that we would most likely want to install a insta-hot. I had planned to add it later but then called my husband and he said he wanted it now.  So the guys went with me to Lowe's and helped me pick out the insta-hot and also picked out a few plumbing supplies. It was a great exp. and even though I hope we wouldn't have any plumbing issues in the near future, I would certainly call them.  This is a professional company.  They put down mats and cleaned up after themselves. They did several things like checking the shower drain pan that I had not mentioned yesterday.  Their pricing is very fair. My exp. was so positive that I will recommend them to anyone need plumbing services.  Thanks guys!

With the hard freeze we had the pipes in the garage had been forgotten about. They were pipes used by the old soft water filter, that we did not use any longer, and were on a outward facing wall. I woke up on Saturday morning around 11am and went down stairs and heard an odd noise from the garage. Upon opening the door I saw water spewing from the broken pipes all the way from one end of the garage to the other. I ended up having to call the fire department to come and turn off the water and then began to search for someone to come out and fix it. I soon found out that MANY people had broken pipes and after 5 other services told me it would be between 3-5 days before they could come out or it was just $200 for them to come out on the weekend, I found Ovewrall plumbing. I left a message with them and they called me back within 30 min. Her guy was on another job but as soon as he was done he would head over to our house. Within 2 hours he was there and fixing the problem. It dod not cost us an arm and a leg because it was during their normal hours and the guy was great!! The piupe was cut off from the water softener and capped since we did not use it and we also bought something to go around the pipe to keep it from freezing again.

I called to get an estimate and Larry was able to come by and look at the problem later that day. Because he would need to pump the water out of the hole where the valve was located he made an appointment to come back the next day. He arrived on time, explained to my husband exactly what he did, and didn't kill all of my pansies in the process.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I have used them for several years at our home and office. If something doesn't need to be replaced they will tell you. We have three 100 year old houses at work, so you can imagine what the plumbing is like. They have solved every problem we've had. They are quick and efficent and reasonably priced.

This company had previously provided an estimate on work that was covered by insurance necessitating the use of another provider for the actual repair. However, had Overall's representative not recommended calling my insurance company, I never would have known to do so. The leak in question was identified as a result of foundation repair. When my frostproof (exterior faucet) connection began to leak inside the wall, I immediately called Overall. This one would not be covered by insurance, so I got to choose the provider. After the above experience with Overall, I was confident they could be trusted to give me the best advice and service on completing this repair. They guys showed up on time, and they did a great job. I am in the process of remodeling, and will be replacing all interior faucets. Also, one of my showers requires work. You can bet I will be calling Overall for this work.
