From the first phone call I could tell that I was dealing with real professionals. I had 8 keyholes to be rekeyed. They were prompt, courteous and always kept me informed of what they were doing and made me feel safe. The process was painless.

I bought online a replacement lockset and found Lock Jock on Angie's List to install it. Brandon arrived on schedule and spent about an hour trying to get the new unit to work. It was defective and would not perform. He said their policy was not to charge unless they were able to successfully complete the job, irrespective of who provided the equipment, then gave us the exact make/model they recommend. I bought that (Schlage) online, then rescheduled Brando to install it (took about 15 minutes.). He is very knowledgeable.

The entire service experience with Lock Jocks was great, professional, and efficient. It was clear that they valued my time, and wanted to make sure I had all the information needed before Brandon (manager) arrived to give me a quote. Brandon was open to my questions, did not fear that I had received quotes from other locksmiths. Brandon was also very confident in their work and the ethics they use to conduct business. Lock Jocks quote was $100+ cheaper than their competitors and when Brandon realized I needed new locks instead of a rekey due to very old/dated locks, he replaced all the locks at no additional charge! I will always refer Lock Jocks to those witihin my metwork and are now my goto locksmith.

Wendy was very helpful when calling with the quote. I made an appointment. Brandon was punctual and very thorough. Much cheaper than the only other company that called with a quote. 2 other companies called the morning of the appointment telling me their tech was on the way. Wendy had alerted me to this scam so I was prepared.

Lock Jocks was awesome! After shopping around to other locksmiths, they were the most cost efficient, and they could come help me the next day. Brandon arrived on time and performed everything we asked! We had all of the door knobs changed from polished brass to brushed nickel, and we also had all of the dead bolt locks and exterior door knobs re-keyed. Brandon was very efficient and cleaned up! He answered all of our questions, and he made sure that we were satisfied with his work before he left. The next time that I need a locksmith, I will call Lock Jocks!

I spoke to the tech that completed your job , he told me that you had an older style lock on the closet that had faded and worn with time and use. We supplied you with the closest color possible. The worn look of the lock is not something we can recreate unfortunately. We always confirm the colors are to the customers standards before we install, if you would like I can send him back out free of charge to put the old lock back on if you've changed your mind. It won't have the locking function you desired but it will be the look you like. Please do let us know if we can assist you further. It was our pleasure to serve you."

I had a door lock that needed to be fixed. Brandon from Lock Jocks showed up between the 1 hour appointment window they provided. He was professional. He was able to quickly fix the issue. Price seemed reasonable. I would hire them again.

Even though I called after 12:00 pm they were able to come out the same day, about 15 minutes earlier than the tentative window I had been given. Brandon, the technician, was super professional and worked very quickly. It was an excellent experience all around. We got five locks rekeyed, plus five copies of the new master key, for just $101.50.

Replacing the locks went fine. For the frame, Brandon quoted a low price, and I said I wanted to hire him. Then he said his van had a transmission problem and postponed his visit. This dragged on for six days or more, with me having to ask Brandon when the latest updated date of his visit was. Finally, he told me to go elsewhere because there seemed to be no end to the transmission saga.

Everything was exceptional - from the initial call to schedule the service to the project completion. Lock Jocks has a winner with Brandon on their team. Brandon arrived promptly and quickly determined our problem. Our preferred hardware was not something he had in his truck. He returned the next day to install our new hardware, keyed to match the other door locks. Brandon asked me to check the new keys in the other doors for accuracy (our home is >30 years and the locks are original.) The new keys did not work on the older locks. Brandon went above and beyond the job and at no additional fee. He removed the older locks, made some adjustments, and now all keys work in every door. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Our daughter and her family will be moving to Dallas and purchasing a new home. I will be sure to have Lock Jocks replace the locks on their home. Definitely will use Lock Jocks again.

Brandon arrived after a phone call and not only did what was requested with the dead bolt and peep hole, he went above and beyond. He fixed the other locks on the door so all moved smoothly. He explained how to close the door and it's those little things to ensure all goes smoothly that set him apart from all the other lock smiths we called.
