He came back with an outstanding plan that closely matched what we wanted and addressed all the tough situations around the pool, foundations, and shaded areas. We were highly impressed with their knowledge of landscaping, what is suitable for which situations and conditions, something we needed after years to trying to do this on our own. Price quoted was reasonable, but a large investment.
Stephen one of his best teams on the job. We were unsure how it would turn out...they finished 90% of the work in two days. The result is an amazing backyard with trees, flowerbeds, stone retaining walls, that has given a completely new look, one that looks gorgeous!! We are thrilled!
Lupe and his team did a wonderful job. They all worked hard, cleaned up regularly, accommodated some minor changes we proposed along the way, and it all turned out beyond our expectation! Tried to reach out to Kevin Keane to fix this problem and possibly review another project, his response was to email my information to him. I did so however I never received a response by him either.
In late October after being tired of calling and calling, I sent an email requesting a refund or simply someone to complete the initially promised work. The office manager responded about 3 hours later with this: "I will have a crew out to finish your project ASAP. I have contacted Parker Keane, our VP, and informed him of your email, he said he will get it taken care of. If you have any further questions and/or concerns, Parkers direct cell phone number is 214-668-1971. Thank you, JaynaOffice ManagerKeane Landscaping, Inc.N. TX. Trees."
Three weeks went by and still nothing happened, so much for ASAP. For a VP, Parker Keane (and owners son), he was of no service to our problem. After several continued calls, another Keane family member finally came out. Maurice Keane tried to explain why there was still growth of the trees. Since we had him on our property, we asked him to cut down a few additional trees we decided to remove. I requested this work to be done for free to compensate for the lack of customer service after having spent almost 5 months dealing with this. He replied that he would discuss with the "boss" and let us know but was certain they could find a way to make things right.
It's now 12.14.14 and we've never heard back from him or any other Keane representative.
We will never use them again and I will do everything in my power to give them negative reviews wherever and to whomever possible.
