"Apparently there has been a mistake in the company this Angie's List client reviewed. I checked my appointment calendar and I have no record of ever cleaning a home for this individual. She vacuums upstairs, downstairs, and staircase , dusts and wipes down all bedroom furniture and dining room table. Cleans the bathrooms (4), toilets, showers, tubs, floors, countertops, sinks, mirrors. She's even puts drano in my sinks or tubs when they are slow at draining. Kitchen countertops, appliances, stovetop, sink, microwave, vent hood. Mops all tile floors, cleans wood floor, dusts all blinds, cleans out cobwebs when she sees them. She's also very open to doing other odds and ends as they come up. For instance, cleaning the light bulbs in the bathroom or conditioning the leather furniture. Any time I ask her to do something out of the ordinary, she's very willing. I would say that we have a very good working relationship and I plan to keep her around as long as I have a job. I would definitely recommend her. Bonus - she speaks English.

"The client called me in a panic and said she needed an emergency cleaning as she had purchased a home, had a professional cleaning company clean it and she felt they did not a good enough job so she did some cleaning herself then called me. She had to have it cleaned before she moved in. I told her I would do the job and cleaned her house on an emergency basis between 7 and 1 pm at night. I initially told the client I would re-negotiate the price if she elected to go on a bi-weekly schedule. Then I didn’t hear from her for 3 weeks or more. I agree with the client that sometimes I am difficult to get a hold of as I don’t take or make calls while driving or working for a client. And, unless a client texts me that it is OK, as a courtesy, I try not to make calls before 9am or after 9pm. On the day I hurt my back, I had to contact my existing clients the next day and re-schedule them. All of my regular clients were very understanding and accommodating as it is rare that it is necessary for me to reschdule a client. I am so sorry the client was so unhappy with the quality of my work to rate it as a “C” and don’t understand why she would want to call me back for more work if she felt my work was no better than that. I try very hard to please my clients and encourage them to point out anything they are unhappy with so I can correct it. It is my sincere hope she can find someone she will be happy with and can build a positive working relationship with. I apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused her."

finish in just a few hours. I highly recommend Julie Cooper. She has been cleaning for me weekly for the past nine (9) months. I hope she is able to clean for me for many years. I have two dogs and a cat which make most of the mess in my house! She is very kind to my animals and tolerant of my instructions of where to leave them when she leaves each week.
Regarding price just let me say that you might be able to get the job done for less, but as they say, you get what you pay for. When Julie went from bi-weekly to weekly she offered us a drop in rate, but my husband refused because she does such an excellent job.
