Jarratt and his team did an excellent job on our home. His crew (Matt, Ish, and Jose) was polite and always on time. Their workmanship was first rate and they cleaned up the job site every day. Jarratt always kept me informed of the schedule and I knew when to expect the crews. I have had many contractors work on my house over the years, but I can truly say that Jarratt and his crew worked on my house as if it were their very own. I would definitely recommend Graham Residential. Thanks for the nice work guys!

Work done from September 2011 through February 2012. Contractor is very professional and something of a perfectionist (which didn't bother me). The price would seem to some to be on the high side, but the work is top quality, and the materials used were also top quality.

The entire procedure went very well. Jarratt and his crew were very easy and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We have zero complaints. Jarratt was straightforward about the quote and what the job would entail. We weren't blindsided by anything. We will definitely give Jarratt a call the next time we have something to do!

They were fantastic. They did everything that they were supposed to do and more. The owner, Jarrett Graham, was just amazing. He went over and above to make sure that everything was done very well. Their painters did one of the best jobs that I've ever seen. They caulked and filled in every hole they could find, even old nail holes, before they painted. They were very professional and it was very easy to make an appointment with them.
