Great as always, fantastic job and does the work on site.

Called in and worked with Dee to schedule the mobile repair. She was very friendly and professional. She called me on the day for the work, to confirm the time Forrest would arrive for at my home. Forrest showed up at the time specified. He looked the lawn mower over and told me the best course of action. He fixed the issue with the mower quickly and then started it up to show me it was working properly. He was very friendly, and the price for the repair was great. I now have a working lawn mower again!

Forrest came as promised and did all the work to my mower from the back of his truck. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it within an hour. This is the second time I have used his services and would strongly recommend Forrest for any small engine repair needs.

I was very happy with the service.

I have a large commercial type zero-turn diesel riding lawn mower. I was looking for someone to do routine maintenance on it as well as trouble shoot a recurring and intermittent stalling problem. The dealership charges me quite a lot just to haul the mower to their location and I had some problems with them solving a battery issue, a steering issue, and they never did figure out the stalling issue. I usually pick people on Angie's list with lots of reviews. Mr. Brewster had only a few reviews but they were all good. The fact that he makes house calls - that was a huge incentive for me to try him out. And I am glad I did! He performed all the maintenance and did an excellent job troubleshooting the stalling problem. I had forgotten about the steering issue and he said, "hey I think this steering needs to be tightened up" and he fixed it better than the dealership had in the past. I thought the price was extremely reasonable especially compared to what I've been spending at the dealership over the years. A couple of weeks later I had a problem with my Toro push mower. He came right out and fixed that too for under $100. I will definitely be calling him in the future for all mower maintenance needs and highly recommend him.

Forrest got the mower is good running order, in my own driveway. From now on I will call on Forrest to service my riding mower, and any other small engine I have.  He is congenial, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and knows what he is doing.

PS. A neighbor of mine stopped by as Forrest was was beginning to work on my riding mower. The neighbor asked Forrest about some work he would like done in the future. Turns out my neighbor had used Forrest before on several other jobs and was asking him about working on another project. My neighbor obviously trusts Forrest's work enough to use him again!

Forrest does a great job once engaged and on the job.  He is professional and committed to getting the job done to the customer's satisfaction.  What would make the experience even better is improved communication when work can't be finished onsite or needs to be scheduled later.  
I'd really like to give Forrest an A rating but the communication/responsiveness cause me to make it a B.  I really do think I get good  value in his service once provided
