Overall not good.

When I first called the business to schedule an estimate, Alan said he could come that evening.  He did call to state he would be a little late and arrived at his estimated time.  We liked a particular laminate sample and were satisfied with the price and set up an appointment for the following week.  George and his female partner did an excellent job installing the flooring.  They were punctual, professional and very courteous.  They took care in moving our furniture before and after the job and even reconnected the television (which may be normal, but I was pleased it was done).  They also took great care in cleaning up the area whenever needed.  Overall I was very pleased with the work, the price and how beautiful my new floors look.

The saleman was great. He tried to help me match up the flooring, but it was no longer in production and I found an even better flooring I loved. The installers were great (and even did a better job then the original installers from Home Depot for the original floor.) The price was a little high, but I had gotten quotes even higher. The installers pulled up the existing flooring, leaveled the floor (which Home Deport didn't do) and put down the new flooring. They also moved all the furniture carefully and replaced it when they were done. Great job!!!

I visited with Jacob at the store in Wylie. He showed me a variety of flooring. I decided on a laminate and took home a sample. I contacted him the next day and he came out that night and measured. The price he quoted was very good and included everything.
The installation crew arrived on time and completed the job the same day. I quickly checked the job that night and did not see anything I did not like. However, the next day I did a more intense look and found two areas I was not happy with. The first was reusing the existing quarter round in the kitchen (this is what I had agreed to). However in the process of removing and reinstalling the molding, it became badly scratched. They came out the next day and replaced the molding with no charge to me. The other area was the transition from laminate to carpet. They just butted the two together. I have a dog and he was able to pull the carpet. Again they were there and put in transition molding without an additional charge.
I am planing on doing the rest of my home within the next couple of years and this is the company I will choose.
