"Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this issue more, we did in fact have a misquote that we informed the customer of before we started the work. We try our best to be as accurate as possible in our estimates, but we do miss something rarely. In those cases, we do inform our customers before they have paid us anything in order to make sure they have the option to complete the project or not. "Thank you for the feedback. We will dig into this. Our normal practice is to start with Home Depot for the wood, and then move on to the specialty lumber stores. Sometimes the wood is impossible to get, and we have to refer you to a carpenter or builder to figure out what needs done, from creating something similar, to more of a mass replacement, or living with something that doesn't match. "Thanks so much for the feedback. We are really happy that the end product was what you were expecting. We also appreciate your comments about the reason to use Five Star Painting. All construction projects can be different, and your project had its own unique challenges. A ceiling 20 feet high, over a stairway, making ladder work difficult with required texture repairs, under bright lighting at different angles etc. We often find that sometimes these repairs are much more an art than exact science. Our first crew being a human artist ran into difficulties. We then brought in a close to Picasso genius who was able to resolve this issue. Others might have left you hanging, and that is not our intent on any project. Having multiple arrows in your quiver can be a very good thing. Our contractors we use and seek out, although human and come with imperfections are among the best in the biz. Again, we appreciate the feedback."
