Firestone Complete Auto Care Store

I have to say that they are a great place to do business. Occasionally it's best to shop the repair elsewhere. They once recommended a transmission replacement for $6,000 when all i needed was a new clutch (dealer cost $1,500). Besides the occasional strange thing like that, I've let them and will continue to let them service my vehicles. Over the last 2 months, I've spent $2,500+ there (don't buy a Saab). If you ask, they'll discount the work usually.

After trying a couple of starters and changing the battery they decided that the motor was locked. I got a second opinion. The motor was not locked. It was the security system that was not allowing it to start. I have to order a Key fob to get reprogramed. Firestone told me it would not be worth putting that much money into it.

The service is very good. They do exactly what they say they are going to do without any surprises. They are very straightforward and their work is done when promised. They are honest. They explained everything thoroughly. The pricing is fair and much better than getting the work done at the dealer. I never like the price of car repairs. I will absolutely continue to use them.
