Chuck is very friendly and punctual, and communicates very effectively.....all very important to me. You can tell he knows what he's talking about and multiple aspects of home efficiency. He advised me that he felt my problem could be first addressed by making changes to the ventilation and AC system. He does have follup ideas and plans that would involve his services of spraying foam to help reduce air flow. But he immediately won my trust by the way he advised me to take it step by step and address those other problems first and see if that would be sufficient without spending more money and hiring him. I would recommend Chuck to any friends or family.

We had him blow in loose insulation R45 and all our ductwork was foamed. The house is so much warmer, I could not be happier. There was a small mishap while they were insulating the attic but he contacted a repair specialist and the repairs were made the next day ant no extra coat to us which I really appreciated.

Couldn't be happier. One of the best "service" experiences we've had in a long time. Chuck is professional and responsive. Not only does he do what he says his company will do, he exceeded that by all the tiny little things we had not expected to be included. We highly recommend his company.

Chuck and his crew are AWESOME! I was recently faced with sheet rock damage between a garage and bedroom wall caused by ice from the ice storms melting and running to the wall and under the sill plate and being absorbed by the sheetrock. In the process of that demo I discovered that the Hot Water Heater in the garage was also starting to fail adding to the mess. So after removing all the sheetrock and having a new Water Heater installed new sheetrock was put up. I wanted to have spray foam done in the wall. After contacting several companies to get quotes I found Chuck at Delta-E Foam Construction. His quote was very reasonable and he was more than willing to work around the Plumbing repair/inspection schedule. Chuck and his crew showed up as scheduled and masked off the walls and ceiling to protect from over spray. They also masked off an area in the kitchen around a window seat that has always been very cold. They sprayed the foam and cleaned up and were gone in less than two hours. I will definitely being calling Chuck for future projects and will recommend Delta ?E Foam Construction. Thank you Chuck and your Crew you guys are the BEST!

First of all, working with Chuck (owner) and all of the people at Delta-E was an absolute pleasure! Chuck came out for the initial inspection and to put together a quote. We went over all of my concerns and trouble spots. I informed him that I had another (FoamMyWalls) coming out to do my west & southern wall on the house. He pointed out some things that I needed to be aware of to pass on to the other vendor (which had never occurred to me). Next, Chuck spent about 90 minutes going over everything in meticulous detail. We discussed various options and possible solutions and finally settled on a combination of approaches to achieve what I was after. I've been in this home for 21 years and the insulation in the attic (2-story home) was basically somewhere between R0-R5. Chuck recommended that we foam all exposed duct work, the plenum, etc. and then blow about 20" (R48-R50) into the rafters of the attic as well as in the garage. He also recommended that I install one of those covers at the top of the access stairs to the attic to cut down on any transfer there (worth the money, by the way). Chuck and his crew showed up exactly on time and performed an outstanding job. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and even swept down the stairs. It looked better than when they arrived! I had recently installed I-Thermostats (which allow me to monitor the electrical usage along with the inside/outside temperature). Before Chuck's work, my upstairs (which is approximately 1/3 the size of the downstairs) was costing me almost 3x what it was costing to maintain the same temperature as the downstairs. I'm now seeing almost a 60% reduction in cooling cost upstairs, not to mention the fact that my garage is no longer a blast furnace. The entire house is more comfortable. Now, I realize the Texas summer hasn't kicked in yet; but, if this is any indication, I'm really looking forward to a much lower utility bill. Before he left, he also made some additional recommendations on improving the air flow in the attic. He forwarded the contact information for that vendor to me and offered to work with them to get just what I needed. I really loved Chuck's philosophy when it comes to doing this. He is not a "One solution fits all" kind of guy. He carefully analyzes where the pain is and then comes up with a variety of approaches to achieve an optimal solution. Would I use Chuck and E-Foam again? In a heartbeat!

Contacted Delta E Foam Construction and they came out within two days of my call. Listened to my concerns and issues, inspected areas that were of concern and evaluated current amount of insulation already installed. All aspects of how insulation works in different areas of home, different R values etc. Took the time to provide me different prices for different R values available. I was planning on having this done but had a family emergency arise, which has been life changing and something we are still dealing with. Once this crisis is over I do plan on recontacting Delta Foam for a current quote and allow this company complete the job for me. Highly recommend this company - they do know their business and provide indepth information and very competitive pricing.

Dealing with Chuck was very easy. He was completely responsive to my timeline for coming out to look at the job and he spent extra time with me to make sure I understood the process. He worked me into his schedule to get it done quickly and he showed up exactly on time for both the initial consultation and when it was time to do the work. His crew was professional and courteous and were happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. This project was a small part of a large remodel project and I just wish that all my other contractors were as easy to work with and as punctual as Chuck was.

Not much to say on that. The job was performed to an excellent standard! Something that is sadly rare in current times.

I had a Section of my metal building needing insulated and called DELTA E FOAM CONSTRUCTION for some ideas on what to use. Chuck came out and provided me a plan that would meet my needs and sent me a plan of work and prices for different types of material. We agreed on a date and setup a time. Chuck and crew show up on time and began the prep work and a few ours later, I had I well insulated Area Chuck with a background in building construction understands and has a vast knowledge he can apply to any scenario to make your project a success. Talked to Jim and got a quote on a Tuesday... Chuck called the next day and we set up the service date the following Monday... They got to the house right on time and finished the work just about 3 hours later... Chuck and the Crew(Shawn and Steve) were all very personable and professional... I'm very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them... They are all very friendly,honest, and reputable people to deal with...

Chuck was friendly from the first phone call. He worked with us to come out to our home for an inspection at a time that was convenient for us (since we both work and have 2 small children). When he arrived he inspected the home and gave us some very valuable information on energy efficiency. He suggested cost effective methods to improve energy efficiency without using his service at all. He never pushed us towards the more expensive options. He made us very comfortable with our choice and we are very happy with the final product. We had the 6" open cell foam sprayed in to the roof deck of our attic and garage. There was a slight smell for a few days, but that has all but disappeared now and we are enjoying our well insulated home. We have already noticed that our AC Unit only has to run for a short period of time to cool the house. Before it seemed like it was running non-stop. We are very happy with our selection and with Delta-E.

Excellent. Chuck is such an honest person that he recommended that we contact an HVAC company, Tri-County, to address the HVAC issues, and only after we addressed those issues contact him for further assistance. I did exactly that and hired Tri-County to make some HVAC repairs and am very happy with the result. I later contacted Chuck and had his company install the recommended insulation in my home and they did an excellent job. This company is owned and operated by one of those rare people in business who does not try to up sell you on any of his products but rather is more interested in helping his customers find the "right solution" whether he makes a penny or not. If you are having ventilation or insulation issues, do yourself a favor and call Chuck. You will not be sorry.

Highly recommend Delta E foam. The charged a fair price and they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff. They addressed the issues and put together a plan to solve.

Great! No issues. Communication and availability was great, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly. Everything seemed of good quality and well done. Cleanup was also well done, especially considering it can be a messy job! I'm sure it'll be a great improvement for the home. It's a great value as well. I only wish I could have done more walls in the house.

They were very professional and left the work area well cleaned up. Their price was the best of several bids and there was not a minimum. The work took about 4 hours total.

Delta E started off by responding to my first call quickly (called three vendors for estimates), came to visit the work site (office) quickly, send bid immediately, scheduled project, and completed project quickly. As a business owner, I hope my clients feel the same way! Their costs were competitive with the other bidders but Chuck's knowledge of insulation and energy efficiency (options, costs, recommendations) set them apart. Bid amount ended up being the actual project cost, no change orders. Great job and a firm that I would strongly recommend.

Chuck responded thoroughly to my noted issue of my son's bedroom over the garage being 10 degrees colder than the upstairs in the winter and 10 degrees warmer than rest of upstairs in the summer immediately after my request being submitted on Angie's list. The issue had been in existence since we bought our home new in 2009 with limited support from our builder after the warranty period had run out and wanted to take one final attempt to resolve. Chuck met with us and did a thorough examination of the room, the garage, the attic and the HVAC system. He provided a 3 step solution that included insulating the areas noted above, but also improving air flow and return ventilation to the room. He brought in Russell and his team from Tri-County Heat & Air and not only did they resolve our issues, they did it in a professional and were conscientious about utilizing the most cost effective methods. Outstanding expertise from Chuck and Russell that we are so glad we found (our son too of course) as we had all but given up on solving this challenging issue in our beautiful new home. Highly recommend Chuck as an honest, trusting solution provider in making your home as enjoyable and energy efficient as possible at the most reasonable cost.

Excellent.We determined from the consultation that my problem is related to cooling, and not insulation. DELTA E FOAM CONSTRUCTION could have foamed the problem area, but the heat issue would not have been addressed, and I would have wasted potentially thousands. Instead they were honest about addressing the real issue - the need for more air conditioning. When I have a need for foam insulation in the future, this will be the company I call.

It went great. From my first contact with Chuck Ijames to the receptionist Alice who scheduled the job to Steve and Bryan that did the work, Delta-E did an outstanding job in all areas. I contacted Delta-E to complete an insulating job that I had started in my attic years ago. Chuck Ijames stopped by and gave me an estimate for blowing in approximately 26 bags of cellulose insulation and in accordance with my unusual preference. Chuck was great to work with and offered me a lot of good advice on what could be done to reduce my energy costs. The estimate seemed reasonable so I committed to have Delta-E come out at their convenience and do the work. It took a few weeks for my time to come up but then I was not in any hurry either since I had put this job off for years. Steve and Bryan came out one morning and got after it. It only took them 3-hours and they did a great job. At the last moment I asked them to spray insulation above my garage and they gladly did that too for the cost of the materials. The fellows were great to work with and even put up with an old codger following them around. They cleaned up everything and went on their merry way and I went on my merry way, happy with my new insulation.
