The Response below from Collin County Pest Control is inaccurate. He gave us a day and a time frame he was coming out and never showed up....End of Story. I called several times that day and even after that and he never returned the calls. Collin County Pest Services....Horrible Experience! Several Months ago, someone referred them to me and I contacted the owner directly to set up service to come out and spray our house...We set up a date and a time and no one ever showed up! We wasted our entire Saturday waiting around all day for Nothing. I called the owner five times and left two messages on the day of service and never received a single call back, message, or anything. The owners cell phone is the only phone number listed Anywhere. By the time we realized that we have been stood up, we tried calling several other companies, but it was just too late to get someone out that day. To get Fast service and not have to wait another week, I had to take half a day off of work. I really do understand that things happen and problems arise, but to be that disrespectful and inconsiderate to not communicate with us at all is just unacceptable for someone running a business. To this day, we have never heard a single word back from them.
