Be careful of high pressure sells, max looks like a nice man, however I found another company on angi that offers 5k dollars less for the same project and Max will not give me my money back.

Knocked it out in two days and did a bang up job

The quality went downhill from the first time I hired them. So did the material quality. I asked for the top cedar, the rails they used had a lot of knots and cracks. I told them about the defective material (pickets and rails) before the installment but they still used them on my fence. I found some of the pickets wobble and cracked just 2 weeks after they installed the fence. The came back and replaced the wobbled picket, left it unstained for almost 2 months. They did nothing with the cracked picket. I tried to contact to ask them to fix the problems and got no response. 2 months and nothing got fixed. I guess their 10 years warranty expires right after they install the fence.

The sales experience and build quality of the fence were impressive. But I place more value on whether a company will stand behind their work and will respond to calls once the job is done. During installation of one of the fence posts a 3/4 inch sprinkler line was damaged. Unfortunately the quickcrete was installed around the damaged pipe. Once I discovered the issue I contacted Cisco via text and phone numerous times. Absolutely zero response. I had to chisel away concrete in order to make the sprinkler line repair. As he has failed to respond to a request to even look at the issue I have no choice but to pursue legal options. For every else who has left a review that is on this site, I recommend a similar approach. Small claims in Texas is a very easy process and if judgments start stacking up against Cisco and Cisco fence, his business practices will become very obvious to potential customers.

LIES LIES LIES LIES!!!!! That should be the name of this company. They lied about their 10 year warranty! They would NEVER call me back to come repair my fence before the warranty expired. Then when the owner/company/Anthony read my first negative review about the company he promised to stain my fence for 30% off the next staining. But did he/they did not honor it? F-NO! Read the other reviews - they all say the same thing.

A reliable supplier told us, if you want an exceptional fence call Cisco Fences. They build BEAUTIFUL FENCES! We are so happy we selected this company to build our fence. The customer experience was exceptional. Cisco and his team followed through in every area, from the high quality materials, to the highly trained crew. The quality is exceptional and our gate is handcrafted with awesome detail! Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with this company. They used highly Superior Lumber, and their pricing was still below both major Hardware retailers. We highly recommend this company. We will use them for our next project.

From working with Max in Sales to working with Max the Field Supervisor they were great to work with. The installed almost 200 linear feet of 8 ft board on board fence for us and it is amazing! The attention to detail was hands down the best of any contractor we have worked with. Also at the end of every day they made sure the job site was cleaned up and no trash was left blowing around the yard. The Field Supervisor was on site everyday and talked to me to make sure we were happy and were aligned on expectations. We will only use Cisco Fence going forward!

The fence is actually great. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I could not get them to give me a sample of the stain used on the fence. I must have asked 20 times. The rating would have been much higher if they followed up and done a better job on the wall in front of my house. It started cracking within the same year it was built.

This has to be one of the worst companies ever. Once you make the payment, they will stop answering your calls or texts. They even sneaked in a portion of the boards with lower grade wood than what we paid for. We were promised by one of the sales guys that those will be replaced, but they never did. Then it took them four months to come out and stain the fence, and of course we have to call multiple times to remind them. Then three months ago we contacted them for a couple of cracked boards to be replaced. First they promise you they will replace those in a couples weeks. Then they started to play the same game. Ignoring your calls, voice mails and text messages. I have called numerous times, sent texts, and now have filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away.

Will not respond to warranty request to fix separation in fence. We paid Cisco Fencing over $10,000. Now Cisco Fencing will not respond to our warranty request to fix a separation in the fence they installed. Numerous times we have called and emailed pictures over the past year. We have left numerous voice messages as well as emailed pictures to ********* *****. The last time I spoke to ********* ***** was months ago and he promised to come look at the problem and fix it. He never came out and he no longer answers our calls/emails. He put us off for over a year because he said he was not paid. We got the City of Richardson to assist in getting a copy of the cleared check from the bank. We emailed the copy to ********* *****. HE WAS PAID APPROPRIATELY. ********* stated that he believes that one of his employees took the check and cashed it illegally. His company theft is NOT OUR PROBLEM. We told him he could ask the payers bank to refund him for cashing a check without proper ID. I have started calling everyday now and have yet to get Cisco Fencing to answer.

They did so good on my fence install that I have gone back to them for a new patio,

Cisco Fences did an amazing job. We completely remodeled our back yard which meant adding a retaining wall, fence, patio and flagstone throughout. I had gotten multiple bids on the project and Cisco's prices were in line with the other bids. I did read these reviews prior to the connecting Francisco, the owner. When he came out to bid the jobs we talked about the reviews. He was upfront and honest in his explanation in owning the problems identified in the older reviews. To find an owner that admits to past problems is rare these days. We had a lot of work done and he kept me informed along the way. He came by the job site daily to check on the progress and always took the time to address any questions I had. The project took three months to complete but understand Cisco was not the only contractor on this project so pieces of the project had to be spaced out. I wish Cisco did pool remodels because I was not happy with the company we used. Francisco never asked for any money other than the down payment which is also unlike many other companies I spoke with. Once all the work was completed, I made a punch list of some very small (picky) things I wanted done and Francisco did not disappoint. He knocked out my punch list quickly. The finished product was incredible and our family and friends were all shocked at how great everything looked. I highly recommend Cisco Fencing.

Cisco Fencing was quick and delightful to work with!

Cisco Fencing was AMAZING! Our fence was completely devastated by the infamous Wylie Hailstorm of 2016. The fence was the last "piece of the puzzle" where we could finally have our home back. We did end up with a lot more than the original fence, because Cisco could do it. We improved our fence by adding a stone base, an electric gate and most importantly (to me), all of the interior pipes were covered! Cisco's team were NOT workers, they were artisans. The "pole boxes" were hand carved, along with the side-gate topper. He even went as far as to replace our neighbors gate, which was falling down, so that it wouldn't detract from our fence. We have nothing but glowing praise for Cisco Fencing and their employees. You get what you pay for!!!

We love our new fence! The team that came out was courteous, professional, and had our fence built within three days. It was even more than we were expecting. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

These guys were great they have done several jobs for me. They built a beatiful Cedar Patio Cover, extended my concert Patio and stain my fence. I love their work and will recommend them and use them again.

Really beautiful cedar fence with a very nice gate. and they were fast. Set poles in 1 day and did the rest the next day. I would recommend them.

Fence is beautiful and high quality work. Just took too long to finish.
