We hired them to put piers throughout our house. They actually did something that is abnormal. they put piers on the inside and outside. They told us the repair would be completed in 2 and a half weeks but it took 6 weeks. Their supervisor was never out here. They damaged walls, moulding, and my furniture when they moved it. Our decision to hire them was based on the fact that they said they would not damage my laminate floor. They did damage it and then refused to replace it. We finally got them to admit that they were at least partially responsible and they only ended up paying 1/3 of the cost. Everything about their punctuality and professionalism was absolutely poor. They damaged my vinyl floor and drilled a hole straight through it. They have been incredibly terrible throughout the entire exercise.
