Other customer reviews is what made me decide to give Best Quality Plumbing a try. It can be challenging in finding a plumber in this area as there are several to choose from. I did the usual and started my research and narrowed down my choices to 4 plumbers. A couple started off very high and in one case, a plumber was going to charge for an estimate. The job required a shower valve swap out and adjustment to the placement of the valve. Chuck was able to do everything I requested and affordable. He is very friendy and professional as others has mentioned. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

One of our bathroom faucets stopped working, then the next morning the other one quit working as well.
I could not get my regular guy to come so I did a search on Angies list and started calling everyone that had a five star
rating near Wylie. No one could come out until I got a hold of BQP. He came over right away and found out that both faucets needed to be replaced. He went to Home Depot for me and picked up the faucets I wanted then installed them.
He is courteous, clean, and did a good job at a fair price.

Excellent experience. Chuck showed up on time and was extremely professional. He located the problem and explained the situation clearly, as well as, the options for repair. Luckily it was not the worst case scenario and he made the repair with minimal damage to the interior wall. His cuts into the wall were very neat and my contractor could make the wall repair very easily. This was an outside faucet that broke and the water line in the wall had a leak. Chuck's prices for the repair was very fair. He was polite, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend this company. I plan to remodel my bathrooms and will definitely consider his services first.

I needed a plumber on a Sunday to unclog the drain in my house. Best Quality Plumbing was one of the few local plumbers that advertised they were open 24 hours. When I called, Chuck actually answered the phone. Most plumbers have an answering machine or service where you have to wait for them to call you back. I have had experiences where they never call you back. It seems like many plumbers only want to be a Monday - Friday plumber. Chuck arrived within an hour. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was professional, worked quickly and solved my problem. He was also priced below what other plumbers quoted. I would recommend Best Quality Plumbing to others.
