He showed up early and was very professional, efficient and polite, completing a walk around prior to completing the work and got approval to do the work.

Marco was immediate to reply to my request and we set-up our appointment for the next day. He was courteous, explained everything and fortunately it was not an expensive repair. We discussed other options we could do to better improve our landscaping and are considering these projects before the spring.

Great service. They came out next day, promptly repaired. They also checked entire system to ensure it was operating correctly. So happy with service, that when a neighbor ask about recommending someone, I quickly gave them Bella Vista's info. They too were pleased with their service.

We have been using them for 10 years now. They have been dependable. We have not had any issues with their attendance. They come out promptly to do their work.

First I have to say that Bella Vista Landscaping is our usual lawn service. Just after moving to our neighborhood I needed a lawn service and happen to see a crew working a couple of houses down. I gave my name and number to one of the crewmen and it was passed on to Marcos, the owner. That was more than 22 months ago, and I can't believe my good fortune in having this company service our lawn maintenance and landscaping needs over the past two years. When I saw their company on Angie's List I had to write a review so that more homeowners might enjoy GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Last week Bella Vista came out and cut down an oak tree that a foundation inspector told us needed to come out because it was leeching the moisture from our foundation. Once I called Marcos, he was out lickity split and gave us the cost for cutting the tree down and filling in around the foundation. He and my husband agreed that he would perform the work on 3/6/2013. Knowing that the city would pick up the debris on Thursday or Friday, Marcos suggested a Wednesday so it would not be sitting on the curb any longer than necessary for pickup. We both left that morning and when we got back home the tree was gone and the foundation work was completed and everything was neat and clean! It was hard to believe a tree ever existed on my front lawn except for the neatly stacked wood and branches at the curb for the City of Carrollton to dispose. Once the debris was picked up there was a lot of leaves left and I thought I'd be spending my Saturday raking. No, I didn't have to do that! About 9am Saturday morning I heard lawn equipment going and looked out my front door to see Bella Vista out raking up the debris and cleaning the front yard even more, and other than the leaves left behind from the refuse pickup, I couldn't believe they were manicuring the front yard again.
I am glad that I'm a customer of this company. We couldn't be happier. At a time when the words and quot;customer serviceand quot; may not mean much this company performs above and beyond.
