Anthony the owner personally answers the phone and sets everything up. He goes out of his way each time to make it as convenient as possible for us. Whether it is an after hours emergency or a maintenance service, they are always friendly, courteous, and informative. We have been using their services for awhile now after having horrible service with any number of other plumbing companies here in DFW. Thank you!

This is a small plumbing company, and I enjoyed having direct contact with the owner of the business. I was impressed with their knowledge, abilities, work ethic, and professionalism. While Aubrey Plumbing had to contract out the actual digging under the foundation, they did all other aspects of the plumbing repair. It was very refreshing working with a small company that sincerely seemed to appreciate my business.

Anthony removed old water heater then had to come back a week later to install new one while daughter replaced pedestal for water heater. As usual Anthony did a fantastic job and is always professional.

One project was a little more labor intense, dig a hole in front yard that my son and I did, and the shower repairs in both bathrooms. All work done very good and even the city insoector was impressed with the work outside.

I really liked the guy. I prefer certain types of people, especially when I can understand them and they speak English. I think he did a great job. He knows what he's doing. They are very busy, so when you call, you might not get service right away. When they do respond, they do a good job. The price was appropriate for what I wanted. Responsiveness isn't their best quality. They come to the appointments on time.
