I called Allstars about 10 AM, Glenn, the owner, said he would be at my house in about 1.5 hours.  He arrived with two very polite, clean cut helpers, assessed my list of items, wrote up the contract and asked for a 50% payment to purchase supplies/parts.  The returned a bit later and completed all the work by 10:30 PM that evening.  Everything seemed to be done right and well and I believe they met and exceeded my expectations.  I will call them again for electricity repair/service and intend to use Allstars for the preventative maintenance and service of my central air and heat unit in the future.

On May 16, just  twenty days later, my upstairs ac system started blowing warm air again. I called Glenn to have him return to my home to resolve the problem for which he originally came out to fix free of charged but he refused.  I then pleaded with Glenn to at least help me discover what the problem was.  On May 17 Glenn reluctantly returned to my home and told me that I had a freon leak.  He expected me to then pay to repair the leak and pay for  additional pounds of freon which I now needed due to him not repairing the leak in the first place before adding freon.  During his visit he lied directly to my face claiming that there was a leak and then claiming at the time that I refused the repair.  That is clearly a lie because nobody in their right mind would add expensive freon to a leaking system.  That was an attempt on his part to ripoff the customer which I learned the hard way and wish for everyone reading this to KNOW before being RIPPED-OFF by Glenn Mitroff at Allstar Electric Air Conditioning & Heating.  As a result of Glenn's unethical business conduct, and him not having the decency to do the right thing here for a customer, I was forced to hire another HVAC contractor to come out and FIX the problem that Glenn was supposed to do.  The problem for which Glenn had charged me almost $900 to do ended up being a complete waste of time in the end.  As a result Glenn Mitroffs total unethical conduct which I had greatly paid for, it is my hope to make known to others what Glenn does to his customers so that nobody else reading this will have to be ripped off by him.  I have dealt with MANY, MANY contractors in my many years and must say that none have I experienced to be as unethical as Glenn Mitroff.  BEWARE!!!

This is my response to this company's response:  I did not receive a cost, until he handed me the bill. He did not suggest a leak check on my A/C system.  He was here to check 1 A/C system, the other was working fine.  He did not check the other system.
