The technician they sent me was very fresh. He did not introduce himself. He was very abrupt in his questioning regarding the furnace. He only spent 10 minutes on the service and it didn't appear that he did any work, but I paid him anyway. After considering the experience, I called the management the next day to report the technician's attitude toward me. The management said that the technician didn't like me and accused me of being rude and then he said he wasn't going to argue with me, that he didn't want to do business with me, that he didn't like me, and then he hung up on me! I speculate that it is some form of prejudice due to the fact that I was born outside of the US, because in no way was I rude or impolite.
