Done on time, very professionally, and technician very courteous. This company installed the unit 6 years ago and has maintained it since. We have been extremely pleased with their service.

Overall the experience with Action was very positive. I called for an appointment on Monday morning, and was put on the schedule for Tuesday morning. I got a call from Craig about 30 minutes prior to getting to my house. He took care of the problem, explained what he had done, checked out the rest of my A/C system and was gone within 45 minutes.

For the past few years, we kept having problems with our AC. We called our home warranty service and they sent out several different companies to fix it. One time they sent out Action AC, and their tech said this warranty company would never pay to replace the system (which was really what was needed since they were at least 15 years old), but just keep doing little fixes. This made sense so we decided to buy two brand new units from Action. The Action office staff (Brenda) was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the most efficient but cost-effective units for our needs. It took them a whole day to install, but the guys were big and strong, and knew what they were doing. Very professional. Since we put in these energy-efficient units, our heating/electricity bill was drastically lowered. Recently they came out to do the annual check-up (which we pay for) and the tech was professional and spent time checking everything. This is a family-owned, family-run business, and we trust them and think they are great!

They did not show up when they said they would. When they got there, they were polite. Later unfortunately after they had left, I found out they had not really installed the system correctly. Their inspector showed up and he noticed some problems after the crew had left the day before. Things went from bad to worse. My experience with the workers was that they were polite. But apparently the 2 guys they had out there were technically sloppy and did not properly hook up the heating cord. They had to come out and redo that. I had to pester them quite a bit to get them to come out and fix their problem. I don't have a good recommendation for Action Heating and Air. I also had to work with the owner to get him to refund some of the cost to actually have an electrician. I didn't trust their work since it wasn't working and they assured me it was. I had an electrician come out and check it out. He explained what was wrong and what they had done wrong. I used that information to get the air-conditioning company to pay for the electrician's services to actually install the right circuit breaker to handle the unit. It was a big mess. They did eventually make things right and refund me the cost of the electrician. I am certain the system is installed properly now. I can't recommend them.

Immediately figured out why HVAC leaking. Put return air duct back on which was extremely difficult to do because of where unit was in attic.
