Plumbing
Mr. McNew inspected the shower and closet, speaking throughout of what he was doing and what he was finding. His review disclosed that it most likely was a leak through the tiles and grouting and not the plumbing itself. He had told me when I booked the appointment that it was an $80 charge to come by, and he waived it as this only took a few minutes.
He also told me what plumbing tool to look for at our local store and how to use it, keeping the shower free of clogs, saving us any future visits.
Mr. McNew was very pleasant and professional and I was very comfortable and happy with the experience.
