After the work was completed the carpet now looks dingiest and collects more dirt and stains. Not sure why but it has been occurring since they have worked on carpets.

Mike Smith made the carpets look like new. I will be calling him next time we need them cleaned. No odor except air inside house was cleaner with carpets freshly cleaned. Allergies and sensitivity to chemicals and odors made me uneasy about finding a carpet cleaning company. It is fragrance free, dries quickly, and a plant based cleaning system. I am so pleased.

EXCELLENT JOB - carpet looks great!!  Owner, Michael Smith, was very flexible and accomodated my schedule and time table (had to drive in from out-of-town to have work accomplished).  Very nice and professional.  I have used several other carpet cleaners over the years, but none have performed as well as this company. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

The carpets in the house we bought were very bad, but they restored them to new condition for a very reasonable price. And on short notice. Very satisfied customer.

Professional. Came next day on time. Quick. Minimal water left in carpet. My wife feels like it looks better than the time before when we used a chemical dry service.
Can also do rugs over hardwood which is helpful. We didn't do this but I would have if I had known it could be done.
I would definitely use again and recommend.

we moved into a rental house that had a lot stains and dog hair in the carpet. The gentleman did an excellent job. The carpets looks great, He was very professional and price was reasonable.

My wife had it done just before I had open heart surgery. She says it went just fine and that she would use them again.

He was very thorough in explaining what to expect and what might not be removed. The carpet dried quickly and looked very good He did not try to sell me mote than I actually needed

I was looking for somebody who come come right away and clean my carpets because I had unexpected guests coming. I failed to notice that this company does the and quot;dry cleaningand quot; method as opposed to steam cleaning. Although my carpets looked OK, I think next time I'll go the steam route. I fail to see how pumping chemicals into a carpet and leaving them really cleans anything.

Very nice experience. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Worked quickly and thoroughly. I was very pleased with the appearance of the carpets.

Called Mike to make appointment for above work. He agreed to come out next day betwee 9:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M., closer to 9:00. He arrived just a few minutes after 9:00 and went right to work. Mike is a serious man and seems quite dedicated to his work -
which one gets the impression he regards as a calling. Since he did some work for me last Dec., 2011, he has changed and improved his method and evidently products used. He now uses the Von Schrader Air Cell Technology, which minimizes moisture and avoids overwetting. Indeed, I was able to walk on the carpet right after he was finished. It was completely dry after 2 to 3 hours. (To be fair, I had left house after the 1st hour and it was dry when I got back home.) Mike also had a different, newer machine than he used last year. I get the impression that he is constantly trying to make improvements. This seems like a 1-man operation. When I called, I inadvertantly asked for the wrong thing. I requested cleaning the and quot;traffice patternand quot; with no furniture moved. But what I really wanted was the carpet in each of my carpeted rooms cleaned but with no furniture moved. This is what he did after I explained upon this arrival. He did , though, charge me his original amount, $102.85 (includes tax). His usual charge for the work done is $ 179.95 + tax.. Right now he told me he has an internet speecial for $ 159.95. (I hope my memory is okay on these numbers.). So, even though the misunderstanding was mine, not his, (The and quot;traffic patternand quot; is about a 2-ft swath through each room) he charged me his original quote just to be absolutely sure he was fair.

You pay them by the room. They come out and give you an estimate. He told us it would take a day to dry. The carpet took longer to dry. The price was fair. He did a good job. He was very thorough.

Everything went just fine. Now all I have to do is wait for it to dry.

Well. Very polite. Came an hour early but not his fault; was mis-cheduled.

excellent service; excellent results--I've used this company before and have always been happy with results. I've used at least 3 other local/national services (Stanley Steamer, Rainbow, Chem-Dry), and this is by far the best. Removed a stain Stanley Steamer had worked on and said was hopeless.
