Went to Lowery's fFooring Services showroom and selected the tile and carpet we wanted from samples at the store. We paid half down and the balance after the job was finished. Although extremely busy prior to open house events in Waco, Mike Lowery was able to meet our deadlines for installation of the tile within 1 week of purchase and then the carpet during the following week. The tile was installed over two consecutive days and the carpet during one day. Each of the installation crews were very maticulous and professional. They moved heavy furniture completely out of each room and put it back in place with no problems. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the product and the installation. We will use them again if we ever have any flooring needs in the future.

We are very satisfied with the products and service.  The wood floors look great, and the carpet was such good quality that we have not had to shampoo them yet.  We had a small problem with a couple of stairs, but Mr. Lowrey came and repaired them himself.  I will certainly use them again.

All aspects as it should be. Efficient and professional. High quality materials and workmanship.

It turned out beautifully.  They did diagonal in some parts and squared off in some parts because I asked.  We asked them to match the tile in our sunroom, we didn't get an exact match but nobody can tell.  They must have worked for 6 months trying to help us find the match.  Their willingness to work with you stood out, they just really worked hard at finding what we needed and wanted.  The tile layers were awesome.  I did find another flooring place that I think has a little bit better prices.  It's nothing against them.
