remodeling
 + -1 moreThis was a weekend home that we don't live in permanently. That made it difficult for us to keep our eyes on things. He told us that he would treat it like his own and he absolutely did. He was there all the time and kept a very close eye on our budget. Every once in a while, I had a new idea. He would take everything in stride and got the job done.
Description of Work: He did an add on and remodel of a home for us. He added on a large living/dining room. He also added a covered patio and a golf cart garage. He extended the driveway. He opened up the house by tearing out the old kitchen. He also put new floors and windows throughout the house. He put a whole new roof on the house.
