It took a little less than 3 weeks. They did not start until I had picked all my appliances and colors and all products were in stock. They closed off the room with plastic wrap, sometimes several layers, and I had minimal dust throughout the rest of the house. They came and went thru the garage. The workers were all very nice. I stayed in the house every night except when they sprayed the paint primer and several days later when they spray painted the cabinets. The primer has a very strong odor and the air conditioner was off overnight after the cabinets were painted. During the remodel I added additional cabinet drawers and an additional light switch. There was no problem or delays with these additions. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again. Thank you JoCo. Job well done.

We were comfortable with the work crew in the house!  The crew chief, Paulo, was professional and pleasant and skillful.  He found ways to correct many problem areas left by previous owners.  The plumber, electrician, all were thorough and efficient!  We recommend JoCo and would welcome them back for future work.  Their prices were easily in line with other estimates!

Every aspect of this job was handled professionally. Rob Baker visited our home to evaluate our bathroom and fixtures. He also took extensive measurements and notes at that time. We then went to the office to go over a detailed quote and to set up an appointment with a designer, Kyna Saul. Rob, Kyna, and Jose (our cabinet maker) came to the house to further discuss our individual needs. We then set up a timeline and met with Kyna' to pick out tile, paint,granite, fixtures,etc. this was our design and plan from day one!

Once construction began, we were constantly impressed with the professionalism of the entire crew. Our privacy was respected and they all worked hard to keep our home and yard clean. The materials removed from the bathroom were removed form the premises almost immediately. The tile work is exquisite-Juan is a master craftsman. The plumbing and electrical were work were done perfectly. We are very pleased with our new bathroom. It has totally changed our home.

We will be very happy to use JoCo for future projects in the future!

They are wrapping up the work right now. I think that the total price is going to be around $20,000 to $25,000. There are quite a few things that I like about them like they have a decorator on staff who has helped coordinate colors, countertops and floors. That has been really handy because it has taken some of the pressure off us in trying to figure out what to do. They have been really quick to get the job started. They definitely have taken care of putting floor coverings down using plastic sheeting to cover the furniture in the bedroom and taping things off to try to minimize the mess when they were doing the walls, floors, showers and stuff. They are very friendly and very professional acting when they show up. They deal with my puppies running around and stuff like that. I just appreciate the care that they have taken with the rest of the house when they were having to be in and out. I will most definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

The quality of their work was good for the most part. The tiling guy wasn't really good but everybody else was. I would use them again in the future.
