The washer stopped working mid cycle. Joe did a quick assessment on a Monday afternoon and determined that the pump had gone out. He also ordered a new door assembly because I frequently got an error message for that. He told me the parts were available and he would be back Wednesday to replace the parts. He called that morning and came promptly at the scheduled time. He was very friendly, professional, and made sure it was the washer was working properly before he left.

I sent a message via Angie's list. Since I didn't get a reply by next day, I emailed via the company's website. I still didn't get any response, so I called and left a message. Getting impatient, I called again and left a message. Then I got a call from them, and was told that I would get a call couple of days later. As told, I got a call, and a gentleman came that morning, told me what was wrong, and fixed it. The company's responsiveness needs an improvement. Other than that, I was happy to hire JMR Services.

Joe inspected the washer and it was determined not to have any major issues. Instead of having to fix the washer he gave me insight on why another one of my major appliance that was not working. Joe saved me hundreds of dollars. The other appliance works like a charm.

Really glad to find this company. Seemed very honest and the price was reasonable---really just the cost of the service call, I think. He even showed me how to fix it if that ever happens again. He also answered some other questions I had about the oven.
When he left, he told me that if I had any further problem in the next two weeks, he would come back without another service charge---what could be fairer than that?

I called provider on Wednesday and asked if I could get someone to look at my drier on Friday. I assumed that since I was giving them a day to plan that they might set an appointment for me. I should not make assumptions like that. The company said that someone would call me on Friday and give me a time they would come out. Fortunately, I did not have any time sensitive business on Friday.
About 10:00 Friday morning the company called and said that the technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00 that afternoon. Shortly after 2:00 a technician showed up along with the owner of the company. The owner was very friendly and the technician was very efficient. They diagnosed the problem as a nut that had come loose on the blower fan. The owner told me that I had two options. Option one was to tighten the nut back up. Option two was to replace the fan. He told me that it was his belief that that fan was still good, but if I wanted to replace it he would. He also said that if they merely tightened the nut back up the work would carry a 90 day warranty. If the problem came back during that period he would replace the fan but that I would get credit for the amount I would be paying him today. He also told me that if they just tightened it up they would only be charging me for a quarter hour of labor which was the least he could charge.
I liked the options he gave me and I appreciated that he was only going to charge me a quarter hour of labor (especially since it only took them about ten minutes). However, I have to admit that I was really shocked that a quarter hour of labor costs $89.00.
Anyway, they fixed the fan and the drier has worked fine ever since so I am thankful for their help.

The experience was just fantastic. The repairperson called to arrange a time to come initially. He there right on time and quickly found the problem. He said that he had to order a part and told me that it would probably be in the next day. As promised, the part came in and he arranged a time to come. He came again promptly and repaired the washer quickly and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call the again if I have a big appliance that needs to be repaired.

I had a problem with a dryer, which didn't work as it used to. Although I thought it was related to heating unit, it turned out that clogged outside air duct was the reason for the problem.

The repair technician responded promptly and provided excellent service and advice. Fortunately, the refrigerator compressor had not been damaged. He suggested we be sure to get a surge protector for the refrigerator, but also suggested we investigate full-house surge protection, noting that each of the major appliances in the kitchen as well as electronic devices throughout the house could be costly to repair in the event of future power issues.
JMR has also provided washing machine, fluorescent light fixture and dish washer repairs for us. All work was done well and on time.
