We waited a couple of days (for additional estimates) before calling him and scheduling an install. We gave him a couple of date options and he selected one of them. I took a day off from work to be present for the install. By 10 am, I realized that they were not going to show or were going to be late. THEY NEVER SHOWED OR RETURNED MY CALLS on the day of the install. Do not waste your time with this company!!!! Professional up front but cannot follow through with promises and didn't have the spine to return my calls, sad, very sad.

Terry Jones showed up on 17 November to give an estimate for insulating the kitchen addition. After measuring, he told us there was a $1,035 minimum charge and that would be the cost to insulate. We agreed and he said the crew would show up on 21 November at 8:30am.
The crew arrived at the specified time and set out to insulate the addition. Along the way it was explained what was going on with the process. The process took about 5 hours. Everything was cleaned up prior to their leaving. All in all, a satisfactory experience.
Prior to the insulation, a north wind would blow through the kitchen. The kitchen, cabinets, dishes, silverware, all would be cold. A weather front arrived the evening of the insulation completion and the temperature dropped into the 30's with winds gusting from the north at 30mph. There were no drafts, dishes and silverware were at room temperature. This will be our first winter with a comfortable kitchen.
