I tried to cash a check that someone gave me as payment for goods. They took forever verifying the check (my entire lunch hour and then some). And acted as though I was trying to do something illegal or wrong when the check could not clear. I asked what my options were and the branch manager came out and yelled at me with all the tellers gathered around the booth where I was trying to deposit my money. I canceled my account that very day. They are in the part of Waco full of rich snob, so I guess it is rubbing off on them because they sure forgot how to treat people with common courtesy.
