 + -1 moreI tried to cash a check that someone gave me as payment for goods. They took forever verifying the check (my entire lunch hour and then some). And acted as though I was trying to do something illegal or wrong when the check could not clear. I asked what my options were and the branch manager came out and yelled at me with all the tellers gathered around the booth where I was trying to deposit my money. I canceled my account that very day. They are in the part of Waco full of rich snob, so I guess it is rubbing off on them because they sure forgot how to treat people with common courtesy.
Description of Work: This is the worst bank I have ever been to. They are rude, snarky, and lazy. They employ rich teenagers that give you attitude every time you walk in the door. They waste your time by taking too long to complete a transaction. I have never been so insulted in my entire life as I was at this bank. I have canceled my account and want to warn everyone to never use this bank.
