Saturday, they came right out, very responsive. My wife told me repeatedly that they were super courteous, helpful and fixed the problem by adjusting stuff. They did identify that the gear needed replacing. They asked us to call when we could have them come back. We called Monday and they worked us in. The not only replaced the gear, but also cleaned out the spider webs, replaced the missing light bulb and replaced the button on the wall control that the previous owner had smashed. The owner was also helpful, knowledgeable, kind, but was very meticulous and complete. He adjusted the chain and his helper oiled all our joints in the doors (they said you need to do this oiling every three months). They are definitely my choice if I need a replacement, repair or any garage door need. Wonderful!

Aladdin's service was outstanding. I called them Monday morning at 8, and they were there by 9:30. They knew exactly how to fix it. The price was absolutely reasonable. I appreciated them responding so quickly to help me out of a jam. I highly recommend Aladdin.

Rick was timely and responsive to all of our questions before we selected his company to replace a 40-year old overhead garage door.  He requested 50% down payment which was reasonable as it was a special-order door.  He made arrangements for the installation work as soon as he received the door.  His technician came at the scheduled time and did a very through job of the installation and was courteous and responsive.  We were very satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Aladdin Overhead Door Company and recommend that this organization be considered by anyone requiring their product.

Owner and technician showed up on time got right to work. I was concerned I needed a new door entirely but Rick was able to fix the door and get everything back to like new condition, he even fixed the button in the garage to function better. I would highly recommend Aladdin to anyone and will definitely use them again.

Very professional and reasonable price. They also looked at my fathers garage door and did a tune up on it and he explained some problems such as a cracked upper panel and bad spring design. He gave us a great price on a new door complete ad we are going to have it installed latter this week when he can get to it.

It was excellent. He was able to come out the same day I called. I had one broken spring which he said was $120 to replace. If I wanted both replace it was $175. He didn't try and pressure me, just pointed out that the other spring was as old as the broken one and since the cost was minimal compared to the first spring, it made sense to me to go ahead at replace both. While he was fixing the springs he noticed that the garage door opener track was missing a couple of bolt that caused it to sag. We just bought the house, so didn't notice anything was wrong. I watched him put new bolts in and the track raised about 2 inches. He then tested the door opening and closing. Seemed good to me, but him and his wife (they are a team) noted that the chain needed tightening. He did that too and I could tell that it opened more smoothly. He stated, "If your going to do something, let's do it right!" I found his work ethic refreshing. So many people only do the bare minimum these days. I would have never know that the door needed bolts or the chain needed tightening until it stopped working or broke and I had to call him back out. I will definitely use them again if I need a garage guy and highly recommend them.

No issues ay all. Came when promised. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Have used them before (to replace the garage door and simple periodic maintenance) and always pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. Can't go wrong using Aladdin.

Very pleased with everything.

Rick and an assistant came out in the morning of the next business day. They repaired the garage door by replacing a broken spring and replacing the second spring for an additional $45. I wanted both springs replaced since they were the same age and the second could fail at anytime. He lubricated the door hinges, checked the alignment, etc. It all took about an hour. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing.

I was very happy with the service that I received, they were very easy to work with and accomidating of some scheduling issues that I had on my side. I plan on using them again if I need garage door work done in the future

I went very well. He came out on the same day I called. He examined the door, and told me why he couldn't repair. Then he closed the door, and told me about options I had.

He not only replaced the broken torsion springs but he also completed the job I had started by replacing the door's steel wheels with nylon rollers.
