They are great. They are just nice to work with. I don't know about the price. I just used them because I know somebody over there; I didn't compare. It's a small town; we pretty much know everybody. With regard to quality, they did a fine job.

We have used their carpet cleaning service but have not purchased new carpets from them. We didn't like the color of the carpet when we first bought our house, and we couldn't afford new carpet, so we had them dye it. They did a really good job of that, and it has lasted 10 years. I went to talk to them about buying a new carpet, and I didn't like the way I was treated when I walked in the door, so I decided I wasn't going to buy from them. We have used them for 10 years off and on for the cleaning, and they have always done a good job on that part.

We were impressed with the sales floor staff were very helpful,not pushy or eager to high roll us into something we did not
want or need like an upgrade in padding. Installers were very quiet, polite and clean. These guys really know the job of carpet
installing. We would welcome this firm back in our home.

The carpet cleaning itself was very good; however, the technician was extremely h****** our door frames and baseboards. There were several areas in the baseboards that we had to fill with wood filler, sand, and paint. There were several areas around the door frames where the hose from the machine was pulled against that discolored the door frames requiring us to get the paint out and touch-up these areas. I think this could have been easily avoided had there been more than one person providing the service. I feel like they need one person running the machine and another monitoring the hose, etc.
