Lisa Scott from A G Real Estate charges the seller. She gets 3% commission but it's based on the seller and not the buyer. I'm a new home buyer so I did not know anything. I called her and she told me what to do. She was very nice and told me how to get approved for the lender. She works well with you to try to get whatever you need. She even help people who need a $80,000 home to a million dollar home, it doesn't matter she has no determination. I worked with some people where they will only work if you qualify for a certain amount. She's very down to earth, very personable and if she can't get back to you because she's with a client as soon as she's done with the client, she will get back to you. She's very prompt in response and I've had no problems with her. The thing that I like is she goes out to the appraisal and the inspection; she's there with you when the inspections are done and everything.
