Plumbing
The hours billed were NOT the hours worked -they were "padded." Plus, I was over charged on materials. For example, he used approx. 4 feet of pipe, but, I paid for more. I could have purchased those materials at Lowe's for less. He would not take the word of 4 different people when contacted about the hours billed, as to when the plumber arrived and when he left. The owner then threatened to put a lien on the house if the bill, though inaccurate, was not paid. The work was not billed honestly. I would NEVER use them again and, when I call American Home Shield for a plumbing problem, I am going to specifically ask they not be sent!
