He sends his son who is most inept. I also think he helped himself to my premium cascade pellets as they were in the floor close to where he was looking at the leak and I noticed a pretty full carton was down to half. He had a pretty stuffed bag while walking out.
Description of Work: Continue to have problems with a faucet that he needs to replace and all he does is say he may need to order parts. My land lord has him on retainer so my problems are not on his priority list. Had a major leak a year ago out side and he had the land lord call in leak detectors and the leak was only outside where the city said it was. Luckily for me it was not my bill to pay but I would think the land lord would change plumbers.

I went to high school with him so I knew I could trust him. I don't live in that city and he did a very good job with me not living in that town. He ran into some problems but he handled those for me. All in all, he did a great job.
Description of Work: I used Rick's Plumbing to replumb the house.
