Professional appearance and behavior, worked quickly with no fuss and left the area clean. One regret - I failed to ask that the "leftover" roofing materials stay with me. Kicked myself a couple of times - I paid for that and could use it now to roof animal shelters. Overall, I'm happy, but should have either been credited for the materials or kept them. I will use Jack in the future to install gutters for a rainwater cache system.
